Measures to improve the heat dissipation environment of brakes

First, optimize the brake design
Increase the heat dissipation area: by improving the structural design of the brake, increase its heat dissipation area, which is beneficial to the rapid heat dissipation. For example, a structure such as a cooling fin or a cooling groove is added to the surface of the brake.
Improve the heat dissipation path: optimize the heat dissipation channel inside the brake to ensure the smooth transfer and dissipation of heat. Avoid obstacles and bottlenecks in the heat dissipation path and improve heat dissipation efficiency.

Second, the use of efficient heat dissipation materials
Select materials with high thermal conductivity to make key parts of the brake, such as brake disc and brake pad. These materials can quickly transfer heat to the surrounding environment, thus reducing the temperature of the brake.

Third, equipped with external cooling system
For brakes with high load or working for a long time, an external cooling system, such as fan, water cooling system or oil cooling system, can be considered. These systems can force heat dissipation and keep the brakes working in a suitable temperature range.
Fan cooling: by installing a fan, the air flow around the brake is increased and the heat dissipation is accelerated.
Water cooling or oil cooling: The liquid cooling medium (such as water or oil) is circulated to take away the heat generated by the brake. This method has more obvious heat dissipation effect, but the cost and maintenance requirements are relatively high.

Fourth, improve the external environmental conditions
Improve ventilation: ensure that there is enough ventilation space around the brake to avoid a closed or poorly ventilated environment.
Reduce dust accumulation: regularly clean the dust and sundries around the brake to prevent it from blocking the heat dissipation channel.
Reduce the ambient temperature: If possible, reduce the temperature of the brake working environment, such as installing a sun visor.

Fifth. Intelligent thermal management strategy
Install temperature sensor: monitor the temperature of the brake in real time, and trigger an alarm or take other measures when the temperature exceeds the preset value.
Thermal protection device: when the brake temperature is too high, it will automatically cut off the power supply or reduce the workload to prevent equipment damage caused by overheating.

Sixth, regular maintenance inspection
Check and maintain the brakes regularly to ensure that their cooling channels are unobstructed. Check the wear of the brake pads, and replace the seriously worn parts in time to prevent the wear from being aggravated by friction overheating.
